About This Project

Meghan Castell had been a dance teacher for years and dreamed of owning her own dance studio. When the opportunity presented itself to make that dream a reality, Meghan jumped at the chance. After speaking with a local bank, they referred her to call our owner Phil Pace. Over the next several weeks, we walked her through the entire design build process from desired interior and exterior elements, determining square footage, and budget consultation.

When it came time to discuss property location, Meghan was set to build in Franklin, Tennessee. When helping any of our clients make an informative property location decision, we ran some market numbers. We suggested she consider Murfreesboro as it was closer to her home in Smyrna and the community had a growing family population with limited dance studio options. It was quickly decided and we broke ground on a space in Murfreesboro.

To keep the studio in budget, we used a pre-engineered metal building and modified it to include brick and windows on the exterior. We also assisted in finding a temporary studio space until the new building was ready to open.

We love when clients come to us with a life dream and we can work to make their dreams a reality. It gives us purpose in our work, and we are so glad Meghan and her now fully booked dance studio students are finding their new studio to be exactly what they needed!
