SoBro Self Storage
This modern, 6-story, climate-controlled storage facility is located in downtown Nashville in the South Broadway area, off 3rd Avenue. The unusual pie shaped lot required us to design an efficient structure layout – a triangularly-shaped building that maximized the space.

We also wanted the building to blend in with the surrounding city décor, we designed the structure to look more commercial than industrial adding more windows and moldings to the exterior.
