Gateway Village
Gateway Village is located in the heart of Franklin, TN and was created with Kline Sweeney Associates from the ground up. The structure features 16,000 sf of retail space on the ground floor, and 32,500 sf of residential apartments above. The two-story apartments include 26 units featuring wood cabinetry, tile countertops, engineered wood flooring, exposed industrial duct work, large balconies and boasts 9 ft tall ceilings. The exterior is comprised of stone, brick, hardie-board and PVC architectural details. We also put in an oversized patio space for a new restaurant.
