About This Project

Conseco Group has promoted Chris Davis to Director of Operations, announced Phil Pace, President & CEO. Davis has been with the construction firm since 2013. Davis has more than 15 years of experience in construction management, customer service, strategic planning, and building training. As Director of Operations, he will oversee all field supervisors, laborers, and projects. He is responsible for keeping projects on schedule, supervision and coordination of subcontractors, blueprint interpretation, and ensuring that all safety regulations and code compliance are met. Some of the projects he has worked on include the Eight South mix-use building, Roach Family Dentistry & Associates, and several Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers service locations. Davis has construction experience in Washington, Oregon, South Carolina and Tennessee. He is OSHA-certified and participates in the TOSHA training on each ground up job. He volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, where he supervises on house builds.
