Chick-Fil-A
This is a one-of-a-kind, first in the nation Chick-Fil-A concept.  The 5,000-sf commercial kitchen is 100% dedicated to mobile delivery, catering and walk-in to go orders.  Designed by Chipman Design Architect, this facility was laid out specifically to service large catering orders and delivery food apps within the Nashville area.

This 1940’s brick-reclaimed downtown building, was salvaged instead of complete demoed and was originally home to a cell phone repair shop. The structure also incorporates a multi-purpose meeting/conference space. We have a longstanding relationship with Chick-Fil-A; we appreciate that Chick-fil-a has chosen Conseco Group to spearhead future test product infrastructures.
