Spanning 6,100-square-feet at 207 1st Avenue South, Liberty Common is the sister restaurant to Raley’s Butchertown Hall.

Conseco Group has promoted Chris Davis to Director of Operations, announced Phil Pace, President & CEO. Davis has been with the construction firm since 2013. Davis has more than 15 years of experience in construction management, customer service, strategic planning, and building training. As Director of Operations, he will oversee all field supervisors, laborers, and projects. He is responsible for keeping projects on schedule, supervision and coordination of subcontractors, blueprint interpretation, and ensuring that all safety regulations and code compliance are met.

Set to be completed in June 2019, this 3-story office building features lots of glazing, brick, stone exteriors, and stone veneer building panels. A medical office will be built out on the first floor and open office space is available on the next two levels.

Located in the Brentwood area, this four-story, climate-controlled storage facility had to be uniquely engineering and designed to combine two separate building lots that are divided by a creek. The exterior design includes stone veneer, metal paneling and EIFS-siding.

The California-based storage giant recently chose Conseco Group as their exclusive builder for a series of storage units around Tennessee.

It was extremely important this 6-story mixed-use, climate-controlled storage was designed to blend in with the urban feel of Germantown. We put in specific windows that would unify with the surrounding condos. The structure also provides 10,000 sq ft of retail space with the ability to house two restaurants. In addition, one-third of the ground floor is dedicated to parking.
