Set to be completed in June 2019, this 3-story office building features lots of glazing, brick, stone exteriors, and stone veneer building panels. A medical office will be built out on the first floor and open office space is available on the next two levels.

Platinum Storage

Platinum Storage
Located in the Brentwood area, this four-story, climate-controlled storage facility had to be uniquely engineering and designed to combine two separate building lots that are divided by a creek. The exterior design includes stone veneer, metal paneling and EIFS-siding.

The California-based storage giant recently chose Conseco Group as their exclusive builder for a series of storage units around Tennessee.

Germantown Storage

It was extremely important this 6-story mixed-use, climate-controlled storage was designed to blend in with the urban feel of Germantown. We put in specific windows that would unify with the surrounding condos. The structure also provides 10,000 sq ft of retail space with the ability to house two restaurants. In addition, one-third of the ground floor is dedicated to parking.

East Main Retail

East Main Retail
This previously abandoned lot, is now a bustling business hub for four retail shops in Murfreesboro. This retail center features brick and eifs exterior with eifs cornice and crown molding, and LED lighting package. Dunkin Donuts was the first retail occupant in the project; we custom matched their eifs to their brand, and build a large patio space and drive thru capabilities.

Additionally, a specialty designed bio-retention system, featuring 3 ponds, was required to help mitigate run-off water off that had previously caused flooding issues for the adjacent neighborhood.

This retail center was well received by the community and has provided the opportunity for other businesses to invest in the area as well.

Express Oil Change

Express Oil Change
Home of the 10-minute oil change since 1979, Express Oil Change is a leading automotive service provider for shopping tires, brakes, alignments, and more auto repair and maintenance needs. Conseco Group had the privilege of building three of their Tennessee locations in Hendersonville, Spring Hill, and Knoxville. While locations all vary slightly, features include granite countertop lobby, tile flooring, glass partition show room, standing seam metal roof, and cameras installed on hood and pit working stations. The Hendersonville location includes a tire storage space that can hold up to 450 tires.

Westhaven

Westhaven
Known for their walkable, mixed-use community, Westhaven is a retail and residential neighborhood located in Franklin, TN. Conseco Group was brought on during the early stages of this neighborhood build and were asked to build a two-story, six condo, mixed use building located on the leading edge of the Town Center. In addition to building the shell of the four retail spaces, we were contracted to also build out The Perch, a local bookstore. Details include handmade bookshelves and a handcrafted accent wood wall at the register.

The 6 condos above the retail space include hardwood and tiling flooring throughout, granite countertops, hand hewn lumber beams and accents, and wood balconies that overlook the town center

The one-story structure’s exterior design features include tri-colored brick, metal awnings, steel metal panels, and detailed exterior brick crown molding. Conseco Group is a preferred builder for the developer of this project.

St. Thomas Murfreesboro

St. Thomas Murfreesboro
The new location off New Salem Highway is a full-service care facility designed to meet medical needs close to home. The two-story structure’s exterior design features include drive up awning, stone, two-toned brick with EFIS, James Hardi siding, and brick molding. Conseco Group is a preferred builder for the developer of this project. The building was designed to allow St Thomas partners to build out the interior space to meet their specific needs. In addition to the exterior shell, Conseco Group built out the first of many Premier Radiology locations.
